My story
Hello, I’m Chantal — a certified Functional Nutritionist, Wellness Consultant, and Integrative Health Coach, with additional training as a 200-hour Hatha Yoga Instructor.
My approach blends evidence-based nutrition, holistic wellness, and mindful living to help clients restore balance, improve vitality, and create sustainable lifestyle changes.
Before dedicating my career to health and wellness, I earned a Bachelor’s degree in International Marketing and spent several years working in the media industry across London and Paris. During that time, I collaborated with internationally recognised publications and broadcasters including Marie Claire France, Marie Claire UK, The Guardian Newspaper Society, and ITV Television.
This unique background shapes the way I work today — combining professionalism, clear communication, empathy, and a deeply personalised approach to supporting each client’s wellbeing journey.
